Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop business expansion plans for Singapore and Asia-Pacific, identifying target customers and partners for GPU cloud, AI infrastructure, and data center services

2. Own the end-to-end commercial cycle, including prospecting, needs discovery, solution coordination, proposals, negotiation, and contract signing

3. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and the industry ecosystem to drive sustainable revenue and strategic partnerships

4. Work with technical, delivery, finance, and legal teams to ensure solutions are executable, risks are controlled, and commitments are delivered on time

5. Maintain the sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records, and regularly report market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback

Role Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field

2. 5+ years of enterprise business development or sales experience; cloud, data center, GPU/AI infrastructure, or technology experience preferred

3. Proven ability to manage the full commercial cycle from prospecting and solution discussions to negotiation and contract signing, including pipeline and key-account management

4. Good knowledge of Singapore and Asia-Pacific markets, with strong commercial judgment, cross-functional coordination, and executive communication skills

5. Fluent English; Mandarin capability for regional customer and partner engagement is a plus; willing to travel regionally
