Job Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Support

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Support marketing communications across social media, website and EDM channels

• Execute marketing plans to support marketing objectives and drive sales

• Assist in tracking campaign performance and results

Social Media & Content Marketing

• Create short-form video and visual content for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Rednote)

• Plan and manage content calendars to maintain consistent brand communication

• Monitor content performance and assist in improving engagement and reach

EDM & Website Content

• Prepare EDM campaigns including layout, visuals and basic copy support

• Execute EDM campaigns with segmentation and scheduling

• Maintain website content including product pages, blogs and promotional banners

• Support basic SEO optimisation

Content Production & Influencer Coordination

• Coordinate with photographers and production partners for photoshoots

• Follow up on content production and retouching

• Assist in coordinating influencer / KOL collaborations

Marketing Projects

• Support other marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects when required

• Assist in coordinating live-stream campaigns and other marketing activities

Job Requirements

Skills

• Intermediate video shooting and editing skills

• intermediate to solid design skills using tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator

• Understanding of social media content trends and digital storytelling

• Basic knowledge of website content management and SEO is an advantage
