Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily site administration and general affairs activities to facilitate smooth site operations.
Maintain site documentation, contracts, licenses, records, and other administrative documents.
Manage employee accommodation, including allocation, maintenance, inspections, landlord coordination, and related records.
Coordinate and monitor cleaning and housekeeping services to ensure required hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Liaise with landlords, vendors, contractors, and service providers on facilities, accommodation, cleaning, and transportation matters.
Monitor vendor performance, service quality, contracts, and invoices, and follow up on service issues.
Conduct regular site and accommodation inspections and coordinate corrective actions.
Monitor administrative and facilities-related expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Support internal audits, compliance requirements, site inspections, and other general affairs activities.
Perform other administrative and facilities-related duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience
in administration, general affairs, facilities, or site operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in
vendor management, contract coordination, accommodation, cleaning, or facilities services
.
Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented.
Willing to work on-site in
Tampines, Singapore
