Job Highlights
- Responsible for assisting in the implementation of the HSE Management System at project site.
- Take proactive measures to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend suitable control measures to minimize workplace risks.
- Ensure subcontractors and workers comply with HSE Management System requirements and safety procedures.
- Assist in reviewing HIRARC and Job Hazard Analysis before work execution.
- Support Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) coordination and ensure relevant communication is distributed to responsible parties.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and workers for HSE internal training implementation.
- Conduct periodic HSE inspections and submit reports to HQ.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety performance at project sites.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, stakeholders, and the public.
- Assist in achieving company and project safety KPIs.
Requirements / Core Competencies
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
- Yellow Book (DOSH) is NOT required. However, candidates with site safety experience are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1–2 years working experience at construction site / ICT project site / engineering environment.
- Familiar with basic construction site safety practices and HSE procedures.
- Knowledge in HIRARC and site risk control is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work irregular or extended hours when required by project needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
