Associate Project Managers / Interns – Smart FM Project Implementation

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Smart FM Project Implementation Managers and Interns to lead the delivery of cutting-edge smart building and digital twin solutions across multiple regions.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and strong user adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Lead planning and execution of Smart FM software projects
• Manage stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and project risks
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful solution adoption
• Drive project profitability and operational efficiency
• Oversee quality, governance, and change management
• Lead and mentor project teams across regions
• Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in software implementation (Not required for Intern position)
• Relevant Educational background and experience in Smart FM, IoT, building automation, or enterprise software
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and project profitability
• Familiarity with Digital Twin / BIM / Smart Building technologies is a plus
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Must be able to travel and work on-site.
