Job Description

Responsibilities

Location: Justpets Megastore
Department: Retail
Working Days: 6 days/week, including weekends & public holidays

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell pet products, pet food, accessories and live animals.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable pets and products based on their needs.
  • Explain basic pet care, feeding and handling requirements to customers.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Handle sales transactions, POS and cashier duties.
  • Maintain attractive product displays, pricing and stock replenishment.
  • Assist with stock receiving and inventory management.
  • Assist with daily feeding, cleaning and basic care of live animals.
  • Monitor animal health and report any illness, injury or unusual behaviour.
  • Ensure animals are handled safely and properly according to company SOPs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries.
  • Support promotions, events and other store activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Retail or sales experience is an advantage.
  • Passionate about pets and comfortable handling and selling live animals.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Sales-driven, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Able to work 6 days/week, including weekends & public holidays.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Must not have allergies to animals or pet-related environments.
