Role: Cybersecurity Manager (Operations & Architecture)

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager (Operations & Architecture) to lead and strengthen a client's (end-user) cybersecurity programmes and initiatives. You will oversee security operations, risk management, incident response, and the implementation of security best practices across the IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all cybersecurity initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and frameworks.
• Conduct security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Investigate security incidents, analyse root causes, and drive remediation efforts.
• Monitor cyber threats and security alerts to ensure timely response and mitigation.
• Deliver security awareness programmes, phishing simulations, and incident response exercises.
• Enhance security risk assessment methodologies and recommend risk treatment plans.
• Provide technical leadership as a cybersecurity subject matter expert.
• Evaluate and implement emerging security technologies and solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on cloud security experience across AWS, Azure, and SaaS environments.
• Proven track record as a Cybersecurity Architect within large enterprise environments.
• Expertise in security architecture, risk assessment, and threat modelling.
• Experience implementing and managing SIEM, XSOAR, EDR, SSPM, and Mobile Security solutions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Candidates must possess hands-on experience in AWS/Azure security, security architecture, and SIEM/XSOAR/EDR implementations.
