Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
- Supervise and coordinate retail staff, including work schedules, attendance, performance, and daily responsibilities.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment, and ordering to maintain adequate product availability.
- Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of customer service and handles customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and daily revenue, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve sales.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product displays, pricing, promotions, and store presentation according to company standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding product orders, deliveries, pricing, and stock availability.
- Maintain proper cash handling, payment procedures, daily sales reconciliation, and financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, cleanliness standards, and relevant regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and provide management with recommendations for improving efficiency and profitability.
