Job Description
Responsibilities
- Look for new business development opportunities by identifying new business opportunities, approaching potential clients, and securing new Facility Management projects.
- Market and promote the company Facility Management services to potential clients and explore new market opportunities for the company’s overall operations.
- Take full ownership of secured projects from project award to completion, ensuring smooth execution and delivery from end-to-end.
- Act as the key person in coordinating with clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed requirements, timelines, quality standards, and service levels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies for facility management to align with company objectives.
- Plan, manage, and oversee the delivery of all facility management services including maintenance, security, cleaning, and space management.
- Lead and mentor regional and site operations teams to ensure consistent performance and operational excellence.
- Prepare and manage facility management tenders, including scope of work, quotations, evaluation and vendor selection.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of facility management operations
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor operational performance and guide decision-making.
- Support executive leadership in strategic planning, risk management, business continuity, and business growth initiatives.
