What You’ll Be Working On

As a Graduate Mobile Application Developer, you’ll join our software development team and help build the mobile experience that connects our users, software, and hardware.

You’ll work primarily with Flutter or React, while gaining exposure to iOS, Android, BLE-connected hardware, backend systems and AI-assisted workflows.

• Building and improving mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Developing mobile interfaces based on product requirements and designs
• Integrating mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services
• Connecting mobile applications to physical devices using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
• Working with real-time data from connected hardware
• Debugging and improving application performance
• Learning and applying mobile architecture and state management practices
• Exploring native iOS and Android capabilities where required
• Working with engineers across mobile, backend, hardware and firmware
• Exploring how AI and modern development tools can be incorporated into the product
• Testing, refining and preparing applications for production

You won't be expected to know everything from day one. You'll have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced engineers and gradually take ownership of more complex areas of the product.

Who We’re Looking For

You could be a great fit if you are:

• A fresh graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Comfortable with programming fundamentals and software development concepts
• Familiar with Flutter or React through university, internship, personal or freelance projects
• Interested in building mobile applications for real-world products
• Curious about how software can interact with hardware and connected devices
• Comfortable learning new technologies and figuring things out independently
• Detail-oriented and willing to debug problems rather than give up when things don't work
• Interested in working closely with engineers from different technical backgrounds
• Someone who enjoys building things and seeing an idea turn into a working product

Relevant Experience

You don't need professional mobile development experience.

Relevant experience can come from:

• University or final-year projects
• Mobile applications you've built independently
• Internships
• Hackathons or technical competitions
• GitHub or open-source projects
• Personal projects involving Flutter, mobile development, APIs, IoT or connected hardware

A portfolio or GitHub profile is highly encouraged. We'd love to see what you've built, even if it was a university or personal project.

Good to Have

It would be a bonus if you have exposure to:

• Flutter & Dart
• React Native
• REST APIs and JSON
• Git and GitHub
• State management such as BLoC, Riverpod or Provider
• BLE / Bluetooth-connected devices
• SQLite or other local storage
• Basic iOS or Android development
• AI/LLM APIs or AI-assisted development tools
• IoT, wearables, electronics or connected hardware

You don't need to have experience in all of these areas. We're more interested in your fundamentals, curiosity and ability to learn.
