Sourcing & Talent Attraction: Find and attract candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks , and employee referral programs.

Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens or preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. 

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing logistics and follow-ups.

Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with active and passive talent, manage communication, and maintain an active candidate pipeline. 

Offer Management: Assist with reference checks, extend job offers, and coordinate initial onboarding and orientation activities. 

Data & Administration: Maintain accurate recruitment records, update applicant tracking systems (ATS), and track hiring metrics.
