Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on
Finance Specialist
to support the company’s day-to-day finance, accounting and administrative operations. The role will work closely with management and various departments to ensure accurate financial records, timely payments and collections, and smooth office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting matters, including
AP, AR, invoicing, payments and receipts
Maintain accounting records and assist with
full-set accounts
Prepare payment schedules, monitor cash flow and follow up on outstanding receivables
Perform
bank reconciliations
and maintain supporting financial documents
Assist with monthly closing, management reports and financial schedules
Support
GST, audit, tax and other statutory/compliance matters
Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary and external service providers
Process staff claims and assist with payroll-related administration
Maintain proper filing of contracts, invoices, POs and company records
Handle general office administration, procurement and vendor coordination
Support HR administration, including employee records, onboarding/offboarding and leave documentation
Provide general administrative and operational support to management
Perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as required
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in
Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
or related discipline
2–4 years
of relevant finance/accounting and administrative experience
Familiar with Singapore accounting practices,
GST and basic statutory requirements
Experience with accounting software and good knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a
hands-on SME environment
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in
renewable energy, engineering, construction, distribution or project-based businesses
would be an advantage
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is strong with numbers but is also willing to handle the practical administrative and coordination work required in a growing company.
