About Us

Established in 1995 and incorporated in 2001, Yixin Precision provides mold making, plastic injection molding, and assembly services. Our expertise includes specialty molds for metal injection molding (MIM) and die casting, with molded components used in applications such as disposable medical devices and microfluidic chips.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and guide: Supervise QA Inspectors and provide technical guidance on inspection and quality issues.
• Support product validation: Conduct supporting activities for First Article Inspection (FAI) and validation of new and modified products.
• Ensure measurement reliability: Support MSA, Gauge R&R, calibration, and measurement system activities.
• Monitor process quality: Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements; establish and monitor SPC, Cp/Cpk, and process capability for critical characteristics.
• Resolve quality issues: Investigate process defects, internal quality issues, and customer complaints, and implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive improvement: Analyze quality trends, scrap, rejection, and rework to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support audits and reporting: Participate in customer, supplier, internal, and external quality audits, and prepare reports and presentations for management and customers.

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Precision, or Quality Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant QA or Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, and Gauge R&R.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.

An Added Advantage

• Experience in plastic injection molding.
• Experience with CMM or Vision Measurement Systems.
• Familiarity with FAI, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485.
