Full Stack Engineer – AI

We are partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company that is building infrastructure and developer tools for the next generation of autonomous AI.

The company develops AI-native products that enable AI agents to securely interact with APIs, applications, enterprise systems, and other external tools. With its core products already developed and strong funding runway, the team is now expanding its engineering capability and looking for a Full Stack Engineer – AI who can take ownership of building and shipping production-grade AI products.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for a versatile full-stack engineer who is highly experienced with modern AI development tools and knows how to turn AI-assisted development into reliable production software.

The team strongly embraces AI-native engineering. Rather than simply using AI tools for occasional coding assistance, engineers are expected to actively leverage coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent tools to accelerate development while maintaining full ownership of architecture, code quality, testing, and production reliability.

You will work across the stack, primarily with Rust on the backend and React / React Native on the frontend, and take ownership of features from agent runtime and backend services through to the user-facing interface.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and ship AI-powered and AI-native products end to end.
• Design and operate production-grade agentic workflows and AI agent systems, including agent harnesses, iterative execution, and feedback loops.
• Leverage AI coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent tools to accelerate software delivery.
• Review, test, validate, and take full ownership of AI-generated code before deployment.
• Develop scalable backend services primarily using Rust.
• Build modern frontend applications using React, with exposure to React Native preferred.
• Design and improve agent or coding-agent harnesses and agent-driven development workflows.
• Take ownership of production engineering fundamentals including testing, observability, reliability, performance, and security.
• Work closely with a highly technical team to continuously experiment with new AI development tools and engineering approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered or AI-native products into production.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools in real-world software development.
• Experience designing and building AI agents, agentic workflows, or production agent systems.
• Experience with agent harnesses, iterative agent execution, feedback loops, or agent-driven development practices.
• Strong ability to review, test, debug, and take ownership of AI-generated code.
• Backend engineering experience with Rust, or a strong systems engineering background with genuine interest in developing deep Rust expertise.
• Strong frontend development experience with React.
• Experience with React Native would be highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals including architecture, testing, observability, reliability, and security.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to move quickly while maintaining high engineering standards.

Nice to Have

• Public technical contributions such as open-source projects, GitHub repositories, AI experiments, or build-in-public projects.
• Experience operating AI agents at scale.
• Experience developing developer tools, AI infrastructure, or engineering platforms.
• Experience building your own agent harness, coding-agent framework, or loop-based development tooling.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or product engineering environment.
