Analyst, Office Leasing Advisory, Taiwan
What this job involves1. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research on office leasing trends, rental rates, and competitive analysis.
Prepare market reports, property analyses, and comparative studies to support leasing strategies.
Analyse occupancy rates, absorption trends, and market dynamics across different office submarkets.
Maintain and update market databases with current leasing information and transaction data.

2. Deal Support and Documentation:
Assist in the preparation of leasing proposals, marketing materials, and client presentations.
Support lease negotiation processes by preparing financial analyses, cash flow projections, and comparison studies.
Review and analyse lease documents, amendments, and related commercial terms.
Support internal team members to coordinate with the client for deal documentation and execution.
Assist in preparing quarterly and annual leasing performance reports.
An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
1-3 years of work experience in real estate, finance, consulting, or related analytical roles
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced functions preferred)
Knowledge of financial modelling and data analysis techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Interest in commercial real estate and office leasing markets
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
