Nanyang Technological University Hiring! Full Time Senior Executive, Student Administration in Southwest (Singapore) - Ricebowl

The Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO) at Nanyang Business School (NBS) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the administration of Professional Exposure Programmes and Global Exchange initiatives.

The role involves managing student mobility and experiential learning programmes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing administrative and advisory support to students throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the end-to-end operations of Professional Exposure Programmes, including Professional Attachment (PA), Experiential Semester Programme (ESP), Work-Study Degree (WSDeg), and Overseas Entrepreneurship Programme (OEP).
• Coordinate inbound and outbound student mobility programmes, including exchange applications, nominations, course registration, course matching, credit transfer, and exchange-related administration.
• Liaise with faculty members, academic divisions, university offices, partner institutions, and industry stakeholders to facilitate programme delivery and student participation.
• Advise students on programme eligibility, academic requirements, university policies, and administrative procedures related to internships and student exchanges.
• Manage student records, programme databases, course registration matters, and related communications to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
• Support the administration of BU5643 Cultural Intelligence and other overseas exposure initiatives, including enrolment, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare reports, analyse programme data, and support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and student experience.
• Handle student enquiries and appeals professionally, providing timely and accurate advice in accordance with university policies and guidelines.
Support any other projects and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree from a recognised university, preferably with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in higher education administration or programme management will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
