Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan and manage production schedules, manpower deployment and workflow to meet daily output targets and customer orders.
Manage raw material procurement, inventory levels and stock rotation to control costs and minimise wastage.
Ensure all production activities comply with SFA food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and GMP practices.
Maintain factory equipment and facilities, coordinating with contractors for scheduled servicing and repairs.
Lead, train and supervise production staff, including supervisors and line workers, on work discipline, safety and standard operating procedures.
Provide basic on-the-job guidance and training to new employees during onboarding.
Job Requirements:
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (e.g. SFA requirements).
Basic team coordination and communication skills; able to adapt to shift work and a fast-paced environment.
