Job Description

Provide comprehensive IT support to employees, ensuring reliable operation of computers, software, networks, user accounts, and other IT systems. The role also supports IT asset management, security, and infrastructure monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and VPN access.
• Maintain IT asset, software-license, and inventory records.
• Monitor network performance and system logs.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant IT support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and support users professionally.

Pay: $7,500.00 - $9,500.00 per month
