Job Summary

You will operate and maintain production equipment in a high-tech cleanroom environment, perform product and process conversions, troubleshoot issues with root cause analysis, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to support daily manufacturing runs and meet production targets
• Perform product and process conversions following approved parameters to ensure quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct basic root cause analysis to minimize downtime
• Perform precision measurements and manual chemical analysis to maintain product standards
• Carry out preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure operational reliability
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, chemicals, and machine consumables to support continuous production
• Train operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to maintain compliance and safety
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve line issues and improve processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and operational goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering or related field
• Experience in semiconductor, PCB, or substrate manufacturing environments
• Basic Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of MES or ERP systems is advantageous
• Ability to work comfortably in a cleanroom environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and effective team player
