Supervise and monitor cleaning teams at multiple sites

Conduct regular site inspections and spot checks

Ensure cleaners follow SOPs and cleaning schedules

Monitor attendance, punctuality and staff performance

Coordinate replacement staff when required

Check cleaning quality and report issues to management

Assist with manpower arrangement and daily operations

Visit different customer sites as required

REQUIREMENTS

Cleaning/facility management supervisory experience preferred

Good communication and leadership skills

Responsible, punctual and able to work independently

Willing to travel between different sites

Valid driving licence is an advantage

Able to handle staff and customer matters professionally

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
