Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible, reliable, and professional Company Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for the Company Director, management, and authorised company personnel.
The successful candidate should have a clean driving record, good knowledge of Singapore roads, and a professional attitude. The driver may also be required to assist with company-related errands, vehicle maintenance, and other duties as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for the Company Director, management, and authorised passengers.
Drive the company vehicle responsibly and comply with all Singapore traffic laws and regulations.
Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
Provide transportation for business meetings, appointments, airport transfers, personal appointments, and company-related activities.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director's and company's personal and business matters.
Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
Conduct regular checks on the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, lights, engine oil, and general condition.
Arrange servicing, maintenance, inspection, insurance, and repair matters when required.
Send the vehicle for servicing or repairs and collect it when completed.
Assist with loading and unloading of light items when required.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, parking, ERP, servicing, and other vehicle-related expenses where required.
Be prepared to work overtime, on weekends, or public holidays when reasonably required, subject to company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license.
Minimum 5 years of relevant driving experience in Singapore; experience as a personal, family, executive, or company driver is preferred.
Good knowledge of Singapore roads, locations, and traffic conditions.
Familiar with GPS/navigation applications
Safe and defensive driving habits with a good driving record.
Reliable, punctual, responsible, and physically fit.
Professional appearance and courteous personality.
Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with senior management and business associates.
Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Willing to work flexible hours and perform ad-hoc duties when required.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Previous experience driving for a company director, business owner, family office, or senior executive.
Familiarity with airport routes, business districts, hotels, and major locations in Singapore.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Good understanding of Singapore parking, ERP, and road regulations.
No serious traffic offences or driving-related disciplinary history.
Working Conditions
The role may involve:
Early morning or late-night transportation.
Weekend and public holiday duties when required.
Short-notice changes to schedules.
Waiting for passengers during meetings or appointments.
