Responsibilities :

• Responsible to work out project budget, bill of quantities, cost estimation, evaluation, analysis.
• To maintain relevant documentation in orderly and proper manner.
• To liaise with the Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors and Suppliers on all matters pertaining to QS services.
• To source for potential supplier / sub-contractor to submit quotation / proposal according to tender requirements.
• Understanding types of contractual agreement & building procurement.
• Able to manage and coordinate project related contractual matters, including progress claim and variation order to ensure within project budget.
• Perform quantity take-off when required re-measurement for final account purposes.
• Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Will be added advantage with procurement background (establish supplier sources and exploring new suppliers, wastage & usage analysis, material data analysis, monitor & control materials.
• Knowledge in Fire Protection, Alarm Detection, ACMV/HVAC, Lift Installation System, Sanitary Plumbing, Cold Water Plumbing, building ventilation system will be added advantages.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
