About the Role
Our client is a well-established global technology and digital assets company with a distributed operational footprint spanning multiple regions across Asia and beyond. As the business scales, they are seeking a Global Admin Head to unify and strengthen administrative operations across all locations from a Singapore-based hub. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving, cross-border environments and is energised by building and refining systems that keep a global organisation running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a regionally distributed administrative team across multiple countries, working through local team leads to drive accountability, performance, and cohesion across time zones
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve global administrative SOPs covering areas such as asset management, procurement, travel logistics, emergency response, and confidentiality protocols
- Own end-to-end travel and logistics coordination for major company events and conferences, ensuring seamless on-the-ground execution for high-visibility occasions
- Drive budget planning and cost management for the global administrative function, including forecasting, spend control, and vendor negotiation
- Establish and execute performance review frameworks and talent retention strategies for the administrative team, including structured onboarding and capability development
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and administrative issues across regions, with a willingness to step in personally to resolve problems when needed
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to align administrative support with evolving organisational priorities
- Manage cross-regional vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring service quality, contract compliance, and operational continuity
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior administrative leadership role within a fast-paced, internationally operating organisation — backgrounds in technology, internet, digital assets, cross-border financial services, or large-scale consulting are particularly relevant
- Demonstrated ability to manage geographically distributed teams through structured processes, with experience overseeing team leads or functional sub-teams across multiple locations
- Strong command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), as the role requires regular communication with stakeholders and team members based in Mandarin-speaking regions including China and Taiwan
- Track record of building or significantly improving administrative systems from the ground up, including SOPs, procurement frameworks, and operational policies
- Highly self-directed with strong upward management skills — comfortable operating with ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering results without close supervision
- Experience managing administrative budgets and conducting performance evaluations (experience with headcount of 10 or more is a bonus)
If you are passionate about technology and meet the above requirements, please don't hesitate to apply. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Appreciate your understanding. Data provided is for recruitment purposes only.
