Responsibilities
Role Summary
Responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects while supporting business development activities.

Responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects while supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender specifications and prepare process designs.
- Obtain quotations from vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare cost-effective costings and bid proposals.
- Generate and coordinate P&ID and General Arrangement drawings.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for technical clarifications.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate with customers and vendors.
- Review awarded contracts and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant proposal engineering experience.
- Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes including Filtration, UF, RO, EDI, SRU, MBBR and MBR.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and customer meetings.
