Responsibilities
Pre & Post
Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed cost plans.
Conduct quantity take-offs and compile tender documents.
Evaluate bids and negotiate with suppliers or subcontractors
Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control.
Process interim payment applications, claims, and valuation of variations.
Settle final accounts and handle contract dispute resolution
Guide, mentor, and supervise junior quantity surveyors.
Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers.
Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superiors.
Job Requirements :
At least 5-7 years of ID / A&A work experience in Singapore
Resourceful, and sensitive to numerical.
Experience in participating in full interior fit-out projects.
Excellent time management skills.
Work well under tight submission deadlines.
High sense of responsibility and integrity.
Bonus marks if you are...
Able to within a short notice period is preferred.

Proven experience in strong cost analysis, cost control, and cost planning.
