Changi Airport Group Hiring! Full Time Senior Associate - Assistant Manager, Experience Creation in - Ricebowl

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team focused on enhancing the passenger experience within the aviation industry. As a  Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Experience Creation , you will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative concepts that not only wow our passengers but also solidify Changi Airport's reputation as the world's most awarded airport.

Core Responsibilities

• Experience Management & Creation:  Work closely with the manager and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to manage existing facilities and implement new ideas that elevate the  Changi Experience . You will be responsible for creating memorable moments for passengers, ensuring their journey through the airport is seamless and engaging. Planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ranging from small-scale activations to large, high-profile installations. This includes managing all logistical aspects, from vendor relationships and budget oversight to on-site coordination.
• Sales and Business Development:  Actively sell and manage the booking of venue spaces for corporate events, product launches, and other special functions. You will be responsible for client engagement, contract negotiation, and ensuring a smooth and successful event for the client.
• Project Management:  Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for developing project timelines, allocating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Overnight Setups:  As needed, you will be required to work  overnight shifts  to manage the setup and takedown of events and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to airport operations and passenger flow.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in project management, event coordination, or a related field.
• A passion for creativity and a knack for developing innovative ideas.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience in  sales or business development , particularly in venue or events space, will be a significant advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and  overnight shifts , as required for event setups and management.
• Candidates with experience in creative fields such as design, marketing, or arts management are highly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply for a more junior role within the team.
