About Us
Adrenalin Group is an integrated communications company. We operate across 3 business units: AdrenalinX (Experiential Events), AVPD Studios (Production and Livestream), and Aether Lab (Innovation and Emerging Technology).

We are looking for an Office Operations Executive to run our office day to day, coordinate our internal events, and support our People & Culture team with admin work. This is a hands-on role covering 3 areas: office operations, event logistics, and administrative support.

What You'll Own
This role covers 6 areas. You will:

• Run office operations: order and restock supplies, manage vendor contracts (cleaning, pantry, courier, IT equipment), coordinate equipment repairs, and manage software and subscription renewals
• Run logistics for internal events such as townhalls, company-wide meetings, career fairs, and staff celebrations: book venues, arrange catering, set up AV, and coordinate vendors
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the Group CEO and Group Managing Director, including coordinating their appointments and travel
• Take notes in internal and external meetings, and follow up on action items
• Support the People & Culture team with hiring: post job ads, schedule interviews, prepare onboarding paperwork, and handle general HR admin
• Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) daily to build trackers, write correspondence, and prepare presentations

These tasks repeat weekly and monthly, and you will set up your own trackers to stay on top of them.

Who Thrives in This Role
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You likely:

• Have 0 to 2 years of experience in office administration, admin support, or event logistics
• Can manage multiple trackers and deadlines at the same time without missing things
• Communicate in short, direct sentences and follow through on what you say you will do
• Are comfortable coordinating directly with senior leadership, including the Group CEO and Group Managing Director, and keep sensitive information confidential
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Are comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for drafting and research
