Training & Mentorship

No prior financial advisory experience is required.

Candidates who join us will undergo a structured training and mentorship programme designed to develop your understanding of financial planning, wealth management, protection planning, and client engagement.

You will receive guidance from experienced leaders and colleagues as you build your knowledge and develop the confidence to work with clients.

Your Responsibilities

As a Financial Consultant, you will:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Understand clients' financial goals, priorities, and protection needs
• Provide appropriate financial planning recommendations based on clients' needs
• Develop strategies to help clients work towards their financial objectives
• Provide recommendations relating to wealth accumulation and legacy planning
• Maintain and grow your professional network and client base
