Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst (SAP-HR) to support SAP HR application analysis, development, implementation and maintenance. The role will work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver SAP HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse user requirements and translate them into application specifications.
• Analyse, design, develop, test, implement and maintain SAP HR applications.
• Support SAP HANA, SAP HR Programming, SAPUI5 and SAP OData Services.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Time Off, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Story Reports, Learning and Mobile.
• Support SAP BTP, including SAP Integration Suite, CAP Model and CAM Services.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, quality assurance and application support.
• Collaborate with users and technical stakeholders to deliver system enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, application design, development, implementation and QA.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAPUI5 and SAP OData Services.
• Experience with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to independently gather requirements and translate them into technical/application specifications.
