We are seeking a visionary and versatile Creative Designer to join our team. You will be the driving force behind the visual identity of our brand and projects, transforming concepts into compelling visuals across multiple platforms. You are a storyteller at heart, with a keen eye for detail, a passion for trends, and the technical skill to execute from ideation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Design Creation: Develop original visual concepts, graphics, layouts, and assets for a wide range of media including digital (web, social media, email campaigns, apps, presentations) and print (brochures, banners, packaging).

• Brand Stewardship: Uphold and evolve our brand identity, ensuring all visual output is consistent, on-brand, and of the highest quality.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to understand project goals, translate briefs into creative solutions, and deliver designs that meet business objectives.

• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept through revisions to final asset delivery, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to improve our visual communication.

• Asset Production & Preparation: Prepare and optimize final files for various outputs (web, print, video) ensuring technical specifications are met.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in a relevant design discipline from reputable university.

• 1 year of professional design experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or similar environment.

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with After Effects or motion graphics is a strong plus.

• Expert knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout.

• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and give/receive constructive feedback.

• Ability to pivot between different styles, mediums, and project requirements seamlessly.

• Basic skills in animation, video editing, or UI/UX design principles.

• Experience designing for social media platforms, email marketing, and understanding of basic web design principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus).

• Self-motivated, creative, independent and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.

• Knowledge of the use of photography and filming equipments will be an advantage.
