• Conduct 1-to-1 and small-group intervention sessions for children with special needs.
• Follow individualized programmes, goals, and teaching plans.
• Use structured teaching, play-based learning, multisensory activities, and ABA-based strategies where appropriate.
• Observe, record, and monitor each child's progress.
• Prepare learning materials and activities according to the child's needs.
• Communicate professionally with parents and the centre team regarding children's progress.
• Complete session records and other required documentation.

• Diploma or Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Patient, caring, responsible, and comfortable working with young children.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
