Key Responsibilities:

• To coordinate of daily toolbox meeting and upkeep the records
• To conduct daily safety inspection and other type of safety inspection as required at work site
• Coordinate and conduct the safety induction course to all site staffs
• Monitor and oversee the enforcement of In-house Rule and Regulation and ensure safe work practices on site
• Promptly coordinate the rectification of unsafe conditions and correct unsafe work practices observed on site.
• To coordinate the immediate rectification of unsafe conditions and correct any safety malpractices on site
• To assist WSHO for all safety promotional activities, safety audits, safety meetings and execution of safety programmes
• Monitor risk assessment compliance and report to WSHE Coordinator for any non-compliance
• To review, conduct incident / accident investigation and provide recommendations for countermeasures and to prevent recurrence of accident

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace, Safety and Health (Level A) as stipulated in the Singapore Ministry of Manpower’s accepted WSH-related qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of building construction experiences
• Certification in Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course
• Strong observation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
