· Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors and workers.

· Ensure quality of work accordance with specification and drawing.

· Check, schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials.

· To monitor site progress and to ensure all works are done as per schedule.

· Liaise closely with main / sub-contractor, consultants and the operation team to ensure timely completion of projects.

· To monitor, record and control material usage or transfer at the site and monitor machinery and material wastage on site

· Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications

· Coordinating labour resources and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment

· Operating and implementing coordinated work programmes for sites

· Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety

· Arranging submission of plans to local authorities

· Arranging building inspections by relevant authorities

· Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
