Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate project management activities to ensure projects are executed in a timely and effective manner;
  • Carry out risk assessment and other risk management activities;
  • Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation &Safety Procedures;
  • Ensure proper project documentation including email communication;
  • Monitor, coordinate and keep track of progress onsite to ensure all work is carried out timely and efficient manner;
  • Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing including toolbox briefing;
  • Diligent monitoring of job/projects and provide weekly report to update internal stakeholders;
  • Respond to customers' feedback and enquiries, provide good client support and maintain good harmonious relationship;
  • Identify and resolve workplace problems;
  • Supervise labor and cost control;
  • Attend co-ordination meetings with designer/architect/consultant/main contractor;
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned
