In a Nutshell:

You'll be working within our Brand Communications division, focused on social media. You're always the first to know what's trending on IG, TikTok (primary) as well as Threads and XHS (secondary), and you're excited to turn that instinct into content strategy backed by data. Bonus points if you can shoot and edit — it'll help you work seamlessly with our production team and jump into on-ground coverage when needed.

What you'll do:

• Support content ideation for client social pages, keeping a pulse on trending formats and conversations across IG, TikTok and Facebook (good to know: Threads and XHS).
• Manage day-to-day page operations, including community response, creator repost and content scheduling.
• Collate data for weekly and monthly reports, as well as competitor tracking.
• Support contest management, from winner selection to outreach.
• Work alongside the production team on video and photo content — social-first in style — and assist with on-ground coverage when required.
• Perform research and market/trend analysis to inform content and strategy decisions.
• Assist in administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Strong interest in social media, with a good sense of what's trending on social media.
• Basic photo/video shooting and editing skills (or willingness to learn) are a plus.
• Interest in learning how to translate data into content strategy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and is a team player.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Creative, flexible, and eager to learn.
