The Brand Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This position is responsible for representing GROUP LUMI and client brands in a professional, consistent manner across events, promotions, and customer touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential and existing customers, communicating brand values and key messages, and providing product or service information. The Brand Representative will help drive brand awareness through face-to-face interactions, presentations, and participation in marketing activities. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with customers, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to support campaigns and improve customer experience.
