Job Description
Responsibilities
- Involve in Risk Management Team.
- Conduct EHS training and tool-boxmeetings.
- Conduct regular site checks and takesappropriate corrective actions.
- Compiles all relevant reports andrecords and carry out daily safety inspection.
- Prepare necessary safety report asrequested.
- Supervising and checking site work.Ensure all lifting gears, appliances, electrical equipment are inspected andrecords are up to date.
- Implement rules and regulations forin house worker’s dormitory.
- Maintain a daily working relationshipwith the WSH team and with line management and supervision and subcontractorsrelative to their compliance with the provisions of the WSH and regulatoryrequirements.
- To assist in the investigationaccident / incidents. Prepare monthly safety report.
- Responsibility for all the sitematters including safety and other matters.
- Perform duties in accordance to theroles and responsibility as stated in the Workplace Safety, Health, andEnvironment Management System.
- Liaise and work closely withcontractors.
- Monitor worker trainings, enrol andupdate of all workers’ related course or matters as directed by ProjectDirector / HR.
- Conduct or assist in new hire andon-boarding, orientation and/or off-boarding, including interviewing workers;conduct exit interview with HR and/or PD to identify reasons for termination.
- Any other duties assigned.
