Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Generate general invoices.
- Monitor and assist on Account receivables.
- Check and monitor payable invoices.
- Planning and arranging payments on time.
- Check and update all transactions entries in system.
- Prepare cash flow and update bank reports.
- Monitor and arrange inter-company remittance accordingly.
- Review and supervise on Vessel Disbursement Account (VDA) submission.
- Prepare and submit MSA and MSA reconciliation for inter-company transactions
- Monitor and liaise with PIC to maintain accounting system according to the accounting needs.
- Monitor Bank reconciliation, Fixed assets-depreciation
- Prepare and submit monthly financial report
- Monitor and maintain proper records for inter-company transactions
- Handling bank related issues - Prepare and arrange for yearly audit
- Check and arrange company tax related matters
- Liaise with Secretarial dept
- Monitor proper accounts filing / records
- Monitor and guide Account exec job
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience.
- Fluency in English
- Education – Bachelor’s
