Job Description

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by inputting data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Process invoices, payments, and expenses while ensuring proper coding and approval.
• Support accounts receivable by generating invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling customer accounts.
• Assist with accounts payable by processing vendor invoices, matching them to purchase orders, and preparing payments.
• Contribute to bank reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records for easy retrieval and reference.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address minor discrepancies and contribute to the accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with audits by organizing and providing requested documentation and information.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and other departments on financial matters.

Job Requirement

• Similar working experience will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
• Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
