Digital Waffle is hiring a Delivery Consultant to help build and scale our US offering, working alongside our US Director from our Kuala Lumpur base.

This is a senior, hands-on delivery role with real ownership across the US Tech and Digital market. You'll take briefs, run searches, engage candidates and drive placements, working closely with the leadership team as we grow the US side of the business. It's a role for someone who wants scope, autonomy and a genuine seat at the table, not another cog in a big desk.

Role: Delivery Consultant (US Tech & Digital)

Hours: USA-focused - 6am until 2pm MYT

Salary: Excellent base plus strong commission

Location: Kuala Lumpur, hybrid

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver on live US Tech and Digital roles end to end, from search through to offer
• Work directly with the US Director to shape delivery strategy and shortlist quality
• Own candidate engagement, screening and process management across active mandates
• Build strong talent pockets in key US markets and verticals we recruit into
• Feed market insight and candidate intelligence back into the business to sharpen positioning
• Use our RecTech stack properly to run efficient, high-quality delivery at pace
• Help shape how the US delivery function operates as it scales

What you'll need:

• Proven Tech or Digital recruitment delivery experience in the US market
• Strong track record placing candidates into US-based roles at pace and to a high standard
• Self-starter mindset with the confidence to work with real autonomy
• Commercial, driven and growth-focused, with a genuine interest in helping build something
• Comfortable working US hours from a Kuala Lumpur hybrid setup
• Sharp candidate management skills and a clear, human comms style

Nice to have:

• Experience working across multiple US tech verticals (engineering, product, data, digital)
• Prior exposure to scaling a delivery function or building out a new market
• Existing US candidate network

This role would suit an experienced US Tech delivery specialist who wants to own something, build something and grow with a fast-moving brand rather than sit inside someone else's machine.
