To cope with our business development and expansion in Ocean services, our Hong Kong office is now inviting high caliber candidate to join us for the position of Air Freight Operation .

POSITION SUMMARY

• Follow handling procedures established by the management

• Assign duty to the operation team

• Coordinate with airlines and co loader on space booking

• Update airlines tonnage report and EQ report

• Answer telephone / email inquiries with local and oversea office

• Offer air freight pricing to the sales representative

• Document preparation, send pre-alerts and shipping advice to customers

• Supervise ULD build up and consol planning

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE

Skill/Knowledge:

• Ability to read and understand English

• Ability to operate the computer system

• Good at calculation, data entry and typing Academic

• Above 5 years working experience

• Good knowledge of English / Cantonese / Mandarin

Academic:

• Higher diploma or Degree Holder is preferable

• Certificate holder in basic air cargo course, dangerous good course, RAR course is welcome
