Qualification / Requirement

- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Corporate Governance or any related discipline.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance or related functions preferably within the property development industry.

- Strong knowledge of corporate governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, statutory requirements and anti-corruption regulations (e.g. MACC Guidelines)

- Experience in conducting risk assessments, compliance reviews and identifying governance gaps and improvement opportunities.

- Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
