Japanese Customer Service Representative (VISA SUPPORT PROVIDED)

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift | 2 Days Off

About the Role

We are looking for Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Experience team in Cyberjaya. The role will involve supporting Japanese-speaking customers through calls, chat, and email, resolving enquiries and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, chat, and email.
• Provide professional and timely support to Japanese-speaking customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Japanese speaker – Mandatory
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 6 months–1 year of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Experience in BPO, Contact Centre, Customer Support, or Customer Experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
• Willing to work 2 rotational days off per week.
• Willing to work from Cyberjaya.
