Job Summary

Manage clients’ accounting and payroll functions, ensuring accurate full sets of accounts preparation, timely month-end and quarterly closings, and compliance with GST reporting and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients’ accounting and payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely financial records
• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries for clients
• Execute month-end and quarterly closing activities to produce reliable financial statements
• Prepare and submit GST returns and reports in compliance with regulatory standards
• Prepare full sets of accounts in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) to meet statutory requirements
• Process applications for Employment Passes (EP), licenses, and other regulatory documents to support client compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support accounting and administrative functions
