What you will be doing:

Programme & Project Management

• Manage programmes from enrolment through to completion, certification and reporting.

• Coordinate programme timelines, communications, resources and stakeholder engagement activities.

• Support and manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.

• Monitor learner progress, programme performance and key metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Conduct programme evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  
  

Business Development & Go-to-Market

• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to drive programme growth and enrolment.

• Prepare proposals, presentations and client-facing materials.

• Support promotional activities, webinars, events and client engagement initiatives.

  
  

Learning Design & Delivery

• Design, coordinate and deliver learning interventions, workshops and certification-related programmes.

• Support the development of programme content, learning materials and participant resources.

• Facilitate selected learning sessions and participant engagement activities.

• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve learner outcomes.

  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, professional bodies, universities, certification providers and strategic partners.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers and internal teams to ensure successful programme delivery.

• Act as a key point of contact for programme participants and stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle.

  
  

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in professional education, learning and development (L&D), consulting or related fields.

• Knowledge of professional qualifications, certifications or education programmes will be an added advantage.

• Strong project management, problem solving, communication and influencing skills.

• Proficient in data analytics and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Able to implement L&D initiatives, evaluate and recommend learning solutions / enhancements.

• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to support client engagement and business development activities.
