We are currently seeking dedicated clinic assistants to join our Specialist Clinic Division, GP Clinic Division, and Health Screening Division.

Job Descriptions:

• Adhere to the policies, procedures, standards protocols in the organization

• Providing assistance to general queries from patients and visitors pro-actively

• Perform reception duties such as performing timely registration and billing in Clinic Management System, answering phone queries, scheduling of appointments, dispensing of drugs, and collection of payments

• Assist in inventory, ordering, & database management

• Management of patients’ records in accordance with PDPA Act

• Maintain overall cleanliness of clinic

• All other administrative duties given by the Manager and Medical Doctor/Medical Director
  
  

Requirements:

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive work and
  problem-solving attitude as well as a strong commitment towards service excellence

• Organized, meticulous, an detail-oriented

• Ability to work in a team with doctors, managers, finance department, and other employees of the company

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry would be an
  added advantage

• 5.5 days work week (including Saturday morning)

• Preferably who can start the work immediately
