JOB SCOPE

 Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Develop and manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies to achieve financial targets.

 Financial Reporting

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements for management review.

 Cash Flow Management

• Monitor and manage company cash flow, banking activities, and liquidity.
• Ensure sufficient funds for operational and strategic needs.

 Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.

 Cost Control & Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability.

 Team Supervision

• Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.
• Ensure efficient workflow and accuracy in financial processes.

 Audit & Risk Management

• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate control measures.

 Strategic Financial Support

• Support senior management in financial decision-making and business planning.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and financial strategies for business growth.

REQUIREMENT :-

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.

OR

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Finance and Accounting or related major; 1 year experience in finance and accounting or related professional area.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
