Role Description The Marketing & Client Relations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position involves supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing client communications, and coordinating outreach activities to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. The associate will assist in preparing marketing materials, organizing events or seminars, and maintaining client databases and records. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings, following up on client feedback, and working closely with advisors and internal teams to ensure a positive client experience. The role also involves tracking marketing performance metrics, contributing ideas to improve campaigns, and ensuring that all communications align with regulatory guidelines and company standards.


Selected candidates will be required to undergo and pass the relevant Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) licensing examinations as part of the regulatory requirements for the role.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships and handle client inquiries professionally.
  • Marketing knowledge and experience, including campaign coordination, content creation, and familiarity with digital and social media channels.
  • Client service skills, including responsiveness, follow-up, problem-solving, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Organizational and administrative abilities, such as time management, documentation, and coordination of meetings or events.
  • Analytical skills to track marketing performance, interpret data, and suggest improvements to marketing and client engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems).
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in financial services or professional services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a structured, on-site environment in Singapore and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
