[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

• Assist in management of term contracts for maintenance and improvement works.

  • Administer contract, e.g. issue instructions for works, impose administrative penalties, etc.

  • Monitor and audits on works done and verify relevant documentations.

  • Liaise with vendors and their workers on contractual matters.

  • Compose regular reports on audits and reconciliation for accounts and payments for works done.

• Support team in monitoring data and statistics

  • Monitor dashboards and prepare statistics

  • Extract data and statistics for ad hoc studies and reporting, and policy review

[What we are looking for]

• Basic knowledge and skills, chatbots and prompts, will be an advantage

  • Possesses basic skills and understanding in data preparation, e.g. with Excel spreadsheets

• Able to understand building-related documents, e.g. drawings and technical specifications

  • Meticulous in going through contract specifications

• Familiarity with built-environment and facilities management will be advantageous

• Willing to learn and acquire new skills

• Self-driven and motivated
