The Role

We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery within the banking and financial services sector. In this onsite role, you will drive project planning, risk management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful, on-time and on-budget delivery of critical IT initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Review and manage end-to-end project implementation, including planning, risk management, quality control, vendor management and resourcing
• Oversee deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress across teams
• Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders covering budget, risk, resourcing and timelines
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Infra and Delivery teams to ensure projects stay within scope, budget and timeline
• Develop and maintain project work plans, documentation, risk/issue registers and reporting templates
• Provide advice on IT governance, technical dependencies and alternative solutions for business and technical challenges
• Coordinate testing, data migration, deployment and training activities across inter-departmental and vendor teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or a related field
• 8 or more years of Project Management experience, including at least 4 years in a relevant industry
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification, with Agile or SCRUM certification considered an advantage
• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects through the full project lifecycle
• Strong leadership, people management, and organisational skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Excellent business acumen, analytical thinking, and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience in Treasury, Distribution, Market Data or Wholesale Banking systems (e.g. Murex, FinIQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv) is a plus
